Lathe Department
Lathe work allows us to manufacture and modify larger or more complex assemblies with stability and control. This department is ideal for items requiring strong alignment, symmetrical geometry. Lathe capabilities are commonly used for custom builds, production-style components, and work where straightness and balance matter for proper connections and operation.
Lamp Working Department
Lamp working is where detailed fabrication happens—adapters, custom porting, joint changes, and application-specific modifications. This department supports rapid prototyping as well as repeat builds when a design is finalized. If you have a sketch, a photo, or a spec sheet, we can help translate that into workable glass with practical design feedback so the finished piece is easier to use and easier to reproduce.
Grinding and Cutting
Performs an array of functions. Precision cutting with diamond blades, cutting angles, drilling, beveling, countersinking, concentric grinding, centerless grinding, plunge grinding, outside diameter polishing, grinding flat, lapping flat, and polishing flat are some of our capabilities.
Private Labeling
If you need glassware under your own brand or need lab-ready identification, our private labeling options help you present a professional, consistent product line.
