Repairs
At SG, we not only have fabrication capabilities but also specialize in repairing and modifying broken glassware. We have the expertise and equipment to handle repairs for a wide variety of glass products.
Our Process
Once it has been determined that the item can be repaired and/or modified:
- An estimate will be supplied based on the pictures and conversation.
- Upon your approval, you will be contacted by our Returns Department info@stoneglassllc.com
- Ensure that we will be receiving a clean piece of labware.
- The standard turnaround for most broken items is two weeks.
- Rush service is available for a small additional charge.
