- Any special requirements (graduations, labeling, wall thickness)
You can submit your request through our website or email us directly. If you’re unsure about specifications, our team will help refine your design.
2. Quote Review & Approval
Once we receive your request, we’ll provide:
- Clear pricing (no hidden fees)
- Estimated lead time
- Confirmation of materials (borosilicate glass) and workmanship
After approval, your order is scheduled for production.
Lead Times & Production
- Standard lead time: 1–2 weeks for most custom and repair orders
- Rush service: Available upon request, subject to workload

RETURNS
If any merchandise needs to be returned, please contact us to receive authorization. The packing slip number and reason for return is needed. Credit will be issued when merchandise is received and reviewed by Stone Glass. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
