ORDERING
Every product has a code number. Please refer to this code when ordering. A purchase order number or credit card number is needed to process an order. Any product in our catalog can be modified to your specifications. Should an item not be listed in our online catalog, please contact us for a quotation.
SHIPMENTS
Most products are in stock and available for immediate shipment. In the event that your order can not be filled completely, a partial shipment will be made with the backordered items shipped as soon as they become available. If you would like your order in one shipment, please specify this when ordering. We will ship orders the most economical way via UPS or fedex unless instructed otherwise.
SHORTAGES
If the quantity shipped does not agree with the items ordered, please contact us immediately. Claims on shortages must be made within seven business days of receipt of shipment.
RETURNS
If any merchandise needs to be returned, please contact us to receive authorization. The packing slip number and reason for return is needed. Credit will be issued when merchandise is received and reviewed by Stone Glass. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
